Things to Know Before Choosing Our Products and Services


Welcome to AElevenen. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AElevenen website and your purchase of any products or services from AElevenen. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or purchase our services or products.


Services and Products

Edison Alain Lopez Zambrano (AElevenen) provides offerings related to personal development, sustainability, and language learning. These include:

  • Personal advisory sessions (tarot, astrology, numerology)
  • Educational and creative content (language-learning materials, podcasts, music)
  • Sustainability products (e.g., vermiculture kits)

Services may be delivered online (WhatsApp, Instagram, Zoom, etc.) or in person. Products may be digital or physical. Descriptions and images are informational and may change. Offerings may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Service Access & Eligibility

  • First‑time new online clients must complete a videocall appointment before being eligible to book any in‑person services.
  • Only known returning clients may book in‑person services without a prior videocall.
  • Premium clients may be eligible for on‑location visits (services performed at the client’s place) when such services are available. Premium status is granted exclusively by AElevenen and communicated through a formal letter or similar notification.
  • AElevenen does not operate from a fixed physical office. Any presence in public spaces (fairs, downtown areas, plazas, streets, etc.) is not constant, not guaranteed, and should not be assumed. Our operations are primarily online.

Ordering and Payment

  • You must provide accurate personal and payment information.
  • Payment is required in advance.
  • All in‑person service bookings must be prepaid in advance, unless an explicit agreement states otherwise for premium clients.
  • Accepted payment methods:
  • Chile-based customers: bank transfer, credit/debit card (WebPay, Mercado Pago), cash
  • International customers: credit/debit cards (if supported), major cryptocurrencies (e.g., Worldcoin, stablecoins)
  • Prices are in USD or CLP.
  • You are responsible for currency conversion fees.
  • Payments are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders may be refused or canceled due to errors or suspected violations.

Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

  • You must provide an accurate delivery address.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility.
  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
  • Local pickup or expedited shipping may be arranged upon request.

Returns and Cancellations

Services

  • Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for refund or credit (at discretion).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit fees.

Digital Content

  • All sales are final once delivered or accessed.

Physical Products

  • Report defects within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be in original condition.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless defective.
  • Refunds issued after inspection.
  • Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency at the purchase-date value.

Change of Mind

  • Generally not refundable.

Subscription Services

  • Subscription details (duration, fees, renewal) are provided at purchase.
  • Payments recur automatically.
  • Cancel by emailing hello@aelevenen.com at least 15 days before next billing.
  • No partial refunds.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Must be 18+ or legal majority.
  • If acting for a company, you must have authority.

User Obligations and Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Transmit malware
  • Impersonate others
  • Circumvent security
  • Send unsolicited or abusive WhatsApp messages

Client Behaviour Requirements

  • Clients must maintain respectful language and behaviour at all times.
  • Any suspicious, dangerous, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in:• Restrictions on booking services
  • Temporary or permanent bans from our communication channels
  • AElevenen does not tolerate:• Stalking
  • Abuse
  • Gaslighting
  • Guilt tripping
  • Mobbing
  • Triangulation
  • Sabotaging
  • Or any similar harmful behaviours
  • If such behaviours occur, AElevenen may record, store, and document the interactions. When appropriate, law enforcement may be notified.

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.


Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by AElevenen or licensors.
You may download/print for personal, non-commercial use only.
Submitted content grants AElevenen a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.


Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal data is collected for orders, communication, and legal compliance.
  • Marketing messages require consent and can be opted out.
  • Cookies are used for analytics and functionality.
  • Data is not sold to third parties.
  • Shared only with necessary service providers.
  • WhatsApp communications follow Meta’s policies.

Data Handling & Safety Records

  • AElevenen may store records of accounts, phone numbers, emails, or other identifiers associated with dangerous or harmful behaviour. These records are kept solely for safety and operational purposes and are never shared unlawfully.
  • AElevenen maintains internal notes on clients to support operations and service quality. These notes are strictly confidential and are never shared with anyone outside AElevenen.

Communications (WhatsApp and Messaging)

  • Providing a phone number implies consent to receive messages.
  • Only approved templates or responses to your inquiries will be used.
  • You may opt out by notifying AElevenen or sending “STOP”.
  • Transactional messages may still be sent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Services/products are provided “as is” with no warranties.
  • Advisory readings are for guidance/entertainment only.
  • AElevenen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AElevenen for claims arising from:

  • Your use of the site
  • Your breach of Terms
  • Your submitted content
  • Your legal violations

Governing Law and Disputes

  • Governed by the laws of Chile.
  • Disputes fall under Chilean court jurisdiction.
  • Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.
Latest revision date is shown at the end.
Continued use implies acceptance.
