Terms and Conditions
Welcome to AElevenen. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AElevenen website and your purchase of any products or services from AElevenen. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or purchase our services or products.
Services and Products
Edison Alain Lopez Zambrano (AElevenen) provides a variety of offerings related to personal development, sustainability, and language learning. Our services may include personal advisory sessions (such as tarot readings, astrology, and numerology consultations), educational and creative content (such as language-learning materials, podcasts, or music), and sustainability products (such as vermiculture kits or other ecological goods). Services can be delivered online (via WhatsApp, Instagram, Zoom, or similar platforms) or in person, as arranged. Products may be digital (downloadable or streaming content) or physical goods shipped to you. All descriptions and images of services and products on this site are for informational purposes; actual offerings and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order for a service or product, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal and payment information. All services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed. For Chile-based customers, we accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card (via Transbank’s WebPay or Mercado Pago), cash (for in-person transactions), or other methods explicitly offered. For customers outside Chile, we accept credit/debit cards (if supported) and major cryptocurrencies (for example, Worldcoin or other stablecoins). We do not accept personal checks. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) or Chilean pesos (CLP) as specified. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Upon ordering, you authorize AElevenen (or our payment processor) to charge the specified payment method for the full amount of the order. All payments are final once processed, except as expressly provided in these Terms. We will issue an official invoice for all purchases upon request, as AElevenen is a registered business in Chile. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing or description errors, payment problems, or if we suspect a violation of these Terms.
Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)
For physical goods, we will arrange shipment to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with delivery. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be quoted to you before purchase. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier. If you need to arrange local pickup (in Chile) or expedited shipping, please contact us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Returns and Cancellations
Services (Sessions or Consultations): If you must cancel or reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be refunded or credited toward a future session, at our discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may forfeit the prepaid fee. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Digital Content: All sales of digital content (e.g., e-books, online courses, downloadable files) are final. Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer returns or refunds, except if required by applicable consumer protection laws. Physical Products: If a physical product is defective or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect. Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any non-recoverable fees). Refunds will be in the form of the original payment: for credit card payments, a credit to the same card; for cryptocurrency payments, a refund in the same cryptocurrency at the value on the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any loss in value due to cryptocurrency price changes. Change of Mind: Other than as stated above, all sales are final. We do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind returns on services or perishable products. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns, and we will make reasonable efforts to address issues.
Subscription Services
We may offer subscription-based plans or membership services (e.g., regular content delivery, ongoing consultations) from time to time. The details of any subscription plan (duration, fees, renewal terms) will be clearly presented at the time of purchase. Subscription payments will automatically recur at the agreed interval until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@aelevenen.com at least [15] days before the next billing date (unless a different notice period is specified in the plan details). If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
User Accounts and Subscriptions
Our website may allow you to create an account or subscribe for updates. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing, and to keep your password or login credentials confidential. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Only individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) may use our site or purchase services. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
User Obligations and Code of Conduct
When using our site or services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You will not:

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to the site or services if you violate these obligations. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Communications (WhatsApp and Messaging)
If you provide us with a mobile phone number, you agree that we may send you messages or calls related to your orders or booked sessions via WhatsApp or SMS. We will use WhatsApp Business tools in compliance with WhatsApp’s policies: we will only initiate conversations using approved templates or in response to your inquiry, and we will not send unsolicited spam. You must not supply phone numbers or communication details without the owner’s consent.
If you later choose to stop receiving WhatsApp messages, you may opt out by notifying us or sending a “STOP” message through WhatsApp. We will respect all opt-out or unsubscribe requests and will cease marketing communications promptly. Note that transactional messages (such as confirmations or updates about your purchase) may still be sent as required to provide services.
You agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other means for customer support, order updates, and (with your consent) marketing. We will always identify our communications clearly as coming from AElevenen.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or produce any specific results. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AElevenen and its owners, officers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the site or our services. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AElevenen and its owners, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the site or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content you submit or transmit through the site; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chile. If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms shall diminish your legal rights under those laws.
