Things to Know Before Choosing Our Products and Services:

AElevenen works in personal development, languages, creativity, and spiritual guidance. Services can be online or in person, but operations are mostly digital and there is no fixed physical office. Our guidance is advisory/entertainment only; results are not guaranteed.

New clients must have an initial video call before accessing in‑person services.
Returning clients may book in‑person sessions directly.
Premium clients (designated by AElevenen) may receive home visits when the service allows it.


How Payments Work

  • Everything is paid in advance.
  • Payment methods:
    • Chile: bank transfer, cards, cash
    • International: cards (when available) and cryptocurrencies
  • Prices are in USD or CLP.
  • Payments are final, except for specific exceptions.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and must be canceled 15 days in advance.
Session cancellations:
  • With 24 hours’ notice, clients may receive a refund or credit.
  • With less notice or in case of no‑show, the payment is forfeited.

Expected Client Behavior

Clients must maintain respectful behavior at all times.
Not allowed:

  • Illegal use of the site or services
  • Impersonation, spam, malware
  • Abuse, manipulation, harassment, stalking, or similar conduct

AElevenen may suspend or ban access to services and communication channels if inappropriate behavior occurs.
In serious cases, relevant information may be documented and, when appropriate, reported to authorities.


Privacy and Data

Personal data is used only to operate services, communicate with you, and meet legal requirements.
Data is not sold to third parties.
AElevenen keeps internal notes and security records when necessary.
