Payments: All services and products must be paid in advance. Prices are shown in USD or CLP. Payments may be made by card, bank transfer, or crypto (where supported).
Cancellations & Refunds: Sessions: Cancel 24h+ in advance for reschedule/refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Digital content: All sales are final.
Physical products: Defective items can be returned/refunded within 7 days.
Subscriptions: Auto-renew until canceled. No partial refunds.
Privacy: We collect basic info (e.g., name, email, phone, payment details) to provide services. We never sell your data and follow privacy and WhatsApp Business policies.
Communications: By booking, you agree we may contact you via email/WhatsApp for updates. You can opt-out of marketing at any time.
Use of Services: Our guidance is advisory/entertainment only; results are not guaranteed.
